Forum Terms
1. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where this Forum is hosted or International Law.
2. You agree not to post commercial content in any Forum other than the "Marketplace" Forum, and agree to post only geocaching-related sales information in that Forum. Spam postings will not be tolerated.
3. You agree not to flood the Forum (e.g., make multiple copies of similar posts in multiple Fora).
4. You agree not to post virii, worms, or links to same.
5. You agree not to use this Forum in the attempt to phish or otherwise use social engineering to obtain personal information about other users.
6. You agree that the Misawa Geocachers Organization has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit.
7. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither the Misawa Geocachers Organization nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Violation of these terms may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
